President and Founder

Julie Smith is an Account Executive at Independence Blue Cross, a health insurance company, where she has worked since 2003. Julie graduated from University of Pittsburgh with dual bachelors’ degrees in Communication and English Writing. Julie currently resides in Bucks County, Pennsylvania with her husband and two children.

Executive Director

Trish Traverse is a former finance executive who splits her time between the family real estate business and volunteering. Trish attended Kutztown University and has an MBA in Finance from Drexel University. Trish grew up in Feasterville, PA and now resides in Chalfont, PA with her husband and two children.

Event and Volunteer Director

Emily Kelly is a Project Assistant at L.F. Driscoll Company, a construction management firm, where she has worked since 1997. Emily graduated cum laude from Tyler School of Art (Temple University) with a Bachelor’s of Fine Arts in Photography. She received her Associated in Small Business Management in Bucks County Community College. Emily currently resides in Bucks County, Pennsylvania with her husband and three children.

Secretary and Board Member

Joanne was born in Philadelphia in 1952 and lived her entire life in Feasterville, PA. She married her high school sweetheart and they have been married for 40 years. She has 2 sons and 1 daughter and 4 grandsons and 1 granddaughter. Joanne started working for Neshaminy School District in 1990 as a Secretary at Neshaminy High School and then went onto being a Confidential Secretary at the district offices in Langhorne, PA.  She retired in September 2017 from Neshaminy after 27 years and is enjoying much deserved downtime, caring for her grandchildren and traveling with her husband.

Steve Murphy is currently serving as an Executive Vice President with Penn Community Bank, and has held various leadership roles in the financial services industry over the last 25 years.

Steve is a graduate of Temple University's school of business, with a degree in Marketing. He resides in Doylestown with his wife Patrice, and their three children.

Jaron R. Fragner is a commercial real estate attorney based in Newtown, PA. Jaron graduated cum laude from Loyola University Maryland in 2012 with a degree in Political Science and received his Juris Doctor degree from the Thomas R. Kline School of Law in 2015. Originally from California, Jaron has lived in Bucks County for the last ten years and currently resides in Newtown, PA with his wife and two children.

Rob Ramsey is a Supervisor at Fluid Energy Processing Equipment Company where he has been since 2008. Rob attended Bucks County Community College and West Chester University where he studied Communications. Rob grew up in Feasterville, PA and now resides in Lansdale, PA where he lives with his wife and two children.

Board Member- Emeritus Status

Stephanie Smith works is the restaurant industry and has done so since 2006. Stephanie attended Neshaminy High School where she graduated in 2000. She grew up in Langhorne and now resides in Feasterville, PA where she lives with her son.
